The End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") for the Lie Detector App is as follows:
This End User Software License Agreement is entered into by and between you, as the end user, and the Lie Detector mobile application.
When you use the software network service, the software may automatically receive and record information from your mobile phone, including but not limited to your health data, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web records, among other necessary data.
The software does not collect or upload any user data to the server. All data generated by the software remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
a) The software will not disclose your information to untrusted third parties.
b) Disclosure to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, or as required by administrative or judicial institutions.
c) Disclosure to third parties if you violate relevant laws, regulations, or rules of China.
This software is protected by copyright treaties, intellectual property laws, international copyright laws, and treaties. All intellectual property rights are owned by the App. Unless explicitly stated in this Agreement, no intellectual property rights related to this software are granted to you. All rights and copyrights of the software, including but not limited to its operation, code, structure and execution, appearance, screen display results, any images, photos, animations, videos, recordings, music, text, and additional programs, accompanying help materials, and any copies of the software product are the intellectual property of the App. The App reserves all rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement. Users are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software product. Violators may face legal consequences from the App and bear any adverse consequences resulting from such actions.
This software product can be downloaded and distributed through the internet and other channels. Both the iOS and Android versions will be available for download through official and legitimate app stores. The App cannot guarantee the integrity, security, and effectiveness of software products obtained from non-App designated sites or from non-App distributions.
The App guarantees that the upgrade module of this software does not contain any malicious code intended to destroy user computer data or obtain user privacy information. It does not contain any tracking or monitoring code that tracks or monitors user computer and/or operational behavior, nor does it monitor user online or offline behavior or disclose user privacy.
Users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software," the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Computer Network Copyright Disputes," the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security," the "Administrative Provisions on Internet Electronic Bulletin Services," the "Administrative Provisions on Internet News Information Services," the "Measures for the Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright," the "Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks," and the "Regulations on the Management of Internet User Account Names," among other relevant computer internet regulations and intellectual property laws, regulations, and implementation measures.
Users are fully responsible for the content they independently publish, upload, or transmit. All users are prohibited from publishing information containing any of the following content through this software, otherwise, the software has the right to handle it independently without notifying the user:
